I’m using this on my husband’s hip muscles as he is recovering from his hip replacement surgery. He feels like it’s helping him. We especially love the natural ingredients. I would recommend this also for arthritic hands. I’m usually rubbing it into my hands after I apply it to my husband and I’ve noticed an improvement in my arthritis. Five stars for sure! I will be buying this again.
