Self massage, or abhyanga, is an intentional ritual of massaging herbal oil in circular motions working from the feet towards the heart. It not only improves circulation, it also lubricates joints, stimulates the nervous and lymphatic system, and is a way to connect with yourself.
Directions: Massage a generous amount starting from your feet working toward your heart. Best used after dry brushing, 30 minutes before a warm shower.
