Are Come Alive Herbals products cruelty-free?

Yes. All Come Alive Herbals products are cruelty-free. While we use the highest quality natural and plant-based ingredients, not all of our products are vegan — some may contain animal-derived ingredients such as honey or beeswax. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page.

Do your products contain common allergens?

Some of our products may contain herbs, botanicals, or carrier ingredients that could be potential allergens for certain individuals. We encourage you to review the full ingredient list for each product before purchase, available on every product page. Do your products contain synthetic fragrances?

No. Any scent in our products comes naturally from the herbs, essential oils, and botanicals in the formula — never from synthetic fragrance additives.

Are Come Alive Herbals products safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Herbal supplements and botanicals can interact differently with the body during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Our authorized sales channels are comealiveherbals.com, our verified Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop, and select authorized retail partners. If you purchase Come Alive Herbals products from any other source, we cannot guarantee their authenticity, quality, or condition. These products may not meet our standards — and in some cases, may be counterfeit. When in doubt, shop directly with us.

SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders generally take 1–3 business days to ship, including orders marked for express delivery. During times of high volume, orders may take up to 4–5 business days to ship.

You'll receive a notification and tracking number via email once your label is created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates depending on the carrier.

On average, USA orders are delivered within 3–4 business days (not including processing time), sometimes sooner. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO may take 5–7 business days. Canada: 5–9 business days. UK: 1–3 business days. Europe: 5–10 business days. Australia and New Zealand: 6–12 business days. Mexico: 10–15 business days (not including customs processing).

We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and select European countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland).

Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items delivered to a freight forwarder or to locations outside our approved shipping destinations.

Yes! We offer shipping to all provinces and territories in Canada. Standard Shipping costs CA$11 and arrives within 5–9 business days on average (not including 1–3 business day processing time). Free shipping on orders over CA$110.

Do you ship to Mexico?

Yes! We offer shipping to all states in Mexico. Standard Shipping costs $300 MXN and arrives within 10–15 business days on average (not including order + customs processing times). Free shipping on orders over $1,500 MXN.

Transit times do not include order processing (1–3 business days) or customs processing (2–5 business days). We are not responsible for delays with customs processing or carrier transit times.

Do you ship to Australia + New Zealand?

Yes! Standard Shipping to Australia costs $18 AUD and arrives within 6–12 business days (not including 1–3 business day processing time). Free shipping on orders over $120 AUD.

Do I need to pay for duties or taxes?

Canada: Duties are covered in the cost of your shipment. Tax is added separately at checkout.

United Kingdom and Europe: Both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment.

Australia and New Zealand: Both duties and GST are included in the cost of your shipment.

Mexico: Both duties and VAT are included in the cost of your shipment.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

How can I check my order?

You can view your order status on your Account page, which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installment payment options are available through Sezzle and Afterpay, subject to approval.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.

Can I remove a saved payment method?

Yes — just select Manage Payment Methods in checkout. Next to a payment method, click Edit or Remove.

I can't log in / forgot my password!

No sweat — just select the prompt to reset it and save it for next time :)

Why was my order cancelled?

To ensure fair access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to make rapid or repeated purchases within a short window. Creating multiple accounts to place orders is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out as quickly as possible with any returns and additional questions. For EU returns, please submit your withdrawal request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our refund policy is being abused.

Do you offer international returns?

All orders from comealiveherbals.com are eligible for returns. To start the return process, contact us (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable, with the exception of EU returns.

Please note: we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for EU, Australia, New Zealand, or Mexico orders at this time. For EU returns, we may cover return shipping costs depending on the reason for return.

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items delivered to a freight forwarder or to locations outside our approved shipping destinations.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly, so we are not able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact us immediately with your order information and we will do our best to address your cancellation request — however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed. For orders shipping to the EU, please submit your cancellation request through our withdrawal request form.

During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
