RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Window

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a claim. Please include your order number so we can locate your purchase and resolve your request as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds if we determine our return policy is being abused.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Provide details and a picture to customerservice@comealiveherbals.com . You MUST send a photo of the item to our email for documentation. 


How to Start a Return

Reach out through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm CST. To keep your place in the queue, please avoid sending follow-up emails on the same thread — this will push your message to the back.


International Returns

All orders placed at comealiveherbals.com are eligible for returns regardless of shipping destination, subject to the conditions below.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, with the exception of EU orders.
  • We are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, or most EU orders at this time. For EU returns, we may cover return shipping depending on the reason for return.
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items delivered to a freight forwarder or to destinations outside our approved shipping countries.

EU Customers: Please submit your withdrawal request within 30 days of receiving your order.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Our fulfillment team begins processing orders quickly, so we are not able to accommodate changes to most orders. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately with your order information and we will do our best to help — however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.

During periods of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or edit orders. Come Alive Herbals is not responsible for address errors or delivery delays after your package has left our facility.

EU Customers: Please submit cancellation requests through our withdrawal request form.
