SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days, including express orders. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 4–5 business days.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number by email once your label is created. It may take a few hours for tracking to update depending on the carrier. Come Alive Herbals is not responsible for delays in carrier transit times.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Contiguous US: $6.95 — Free on orders over $45
- Alaska, Hawaii, Territories, APO/FPO: $13.95
Average delivery time for contiguous US orders is 3–4 business days after shipment. Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take 5–7 business days.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and select European countries.

Average transit time: 5–9 business days
Duties are included. Tax is added separately at checkout.
Mexico
$300 MXN — Free on orders over $1,500 MXN
Average transit time: 10–15 business days (not including customs processing of 2–5 business days)

United Kingdom
£7.00 — Free on orders over £45
Average transit time: 1–3 business days

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Average transit time: 5–10 business days
Both duties and VAT are included.

Freight Forwarders
We do not support the use of freight forwarders. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders delivered to a freight forwarder or to destinations outside our approved shipping countries.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. Come Alive Herbals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.
