Overview
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy explains how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases. For information about returns and refunds on fulfilled orders, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Managing or cancelling your subscription:
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order where you can manage your subscription directly, including updating your delivery frequency, skipping a delivery, or cancelling altogether.

Please note that cancellations made after a renewal charge has already been processed may not be eligible for a refund for that billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve it.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or not yet available. At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount depending on the product. Your payment method will be stored securely and the remaining balance — if any — will be charged when your order is fulfilled and ready to ship.
Cancelling a pre-order:
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, contact us at customerservice@comealiveherbals.com with your order number and we will process your cancellation and issue a full refund of any amount paid.
Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund under our [Returns & Refunds Policy] — please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
